a. Monday through Friday from 10:00 am till 8:00 pm
b. Saturday from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm
c. Sunday: Closed

B. Order Confirmation:

a. Once we receive your order, you will directly be notified by return email or message that your order was received and will be processed. If you don’t receive an acknowledgement, please contact our customer service department.
b. Expect a confirmation message regarding placement and delivery of your order.

C. Payment Method & Confirmation:

You can choose any of the following payment methods:
a. Online Payment:
I. Visa and Master cards can be used for on-line payment.
II. Once your payment procedure is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation.
III. In rejection cases, we will get back to you for more help

b. Cash on Delivery:
I. Payment is made on delivery
II. If product is not paid for, it will be returned to Flovers

D. Security:

By choosing to use our service to purchase products readily available through our service, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, such as your credit card number, your billing address, the expiration of the credit card and your shipping information. E. Substitutions:

Due to seasonal changes, the availability of flowers, is subject to change. if due to the unavailability of flowers, we are able to change with others that are of similar if not greater value. Additionally, in a situation of significant change affecting your order, customer service will inform you directly, prior to the scheduled delivery, and inform you of said changes.

F. Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made at least two days prior to the delivery date, except on Mother’s Day, Valentines & Christmas whereby cancellations should be made at least three days in advance. Upon cancellation, customers may choose between a full refund or store credits. All transaction fees arising from canceling the transaction will be borne by the customer.

G. Refunds:

At Flovers, we are committed to providing you, the client, with the finest quality product, and if ordered for delivery, to be on time. In the case that you are dissatisfied with your order and you wish to refund, these conditions must be met:
a. Claims must be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery
b. We require a clear picture of the delivered product emailed to us along with a description of your claim
c. Flowers and plants must be properly watered and taken care of. We cannot assume any responsibility for products that have been mishandled post delivery
d. No refunds will be provided for orders that has not been delivered due to one of the following reasons:

i) wrong address provided by the sender,
ii) the recipient is not available to receive the delivery,
iii) the recipient have declined to receive the delivery

e. No refunds will be made in cases of cancellations outside accepted timelines as stated earlier
