These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved under the rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry

C. Use License:

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Flovers’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
i. modify or copy the materials;

v. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
